My mission is to assist people to heal trauma, stress and anxiety and their associated physical problems. I bring quiet presence, empathy and connectedness to this safe, embodied touch therapy.

I offer sessions in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and guidance with embodiment strategies. Sessions are 60-75 minutes long and can be accessed as single, stand-alone sessions or as a series.

New clients might like to start with an introductory, 45-minute session to get a sense of the therapy.
